NOTE: As of January 21, 2016 Bluestacks on Windows 10 does not allow POM PRO to play it’s videos. It is not an issue exclusive to our app, it also affects some other video driven apps. There’s nothing we can do at this time for this issue, but anticipate that Bluestacks will release a version that is compatible/working on Windows 10 soon. Thank you!

NOTE: Once you install BLUESTACKS you will need to make the video FULL SCREEN first, then press PLAY.

KNOWN BLUESTACKS BUGS:

– RARE: Once Bluestacks is installed, POM PRO: GROOM.SHOW is purchased, and the app is launched – it won’t play properly. will need to be installed, deleted and installed again if it does not work after the initial install.

– RARE: Occasionally during play one video will play and another one will have delays, or not play. Often a restart of the app corrects this issue.

– RARE: Timeout during installation. If you don’t see progress after 10 minutes, it’s probably stuck on an install screen. Shut down and restart install process and it should complete or show you that it’s already installed.

– RARE: Your video card may need a driver update if no videos ever play.

To get POM PRO on a PC Desktop or Laptop:

2. DOUBLE CLICK Bluestacks and follow the prompts to log into a Google Account to get access to all of the apps in the GOOGLE PLAY STORE.

3. Use the magnifying glass to SEARCH for POM PRO then PURCHASE (new user, no Android device, will need to set up payment in Google Wallet) or RE-DOWNLOAD (already bought it on my Android) the App.

4. Once installed, DOUBLE CLICK POM PRO and make sure you can: PLAY A VIDEO (see and hear it); Play a Video in FULLSCREEN MODE (bottom right of the video butto with four arrows) – if so, Great! Works BEST with Windows 8 and 8.1. Has some fixable issues on Windows 7 (requires further internet search). Prior to Windows 7 – MAY NOT WORK – UNSURE.

1. After install this was the main menu of Bluestacks.

Note: Thumbnail images to the right have full size images, if you click on them.

2. Using SEARCH prompted me to add a Google Account. DO you have a GOOGLE account? If so, click EXISTING. If you DO NOT have a GOOGLE account, click the NEW button.

3. After entering my username and password it prompts me to agree to their terms of use, etc. I choose YES.

4. Google Services to back up and restore your information? Uncheck if no. (I rec. keep it checked) Do you want to be contacted by Google in the future? Uncheck if no. (I rec. your personal preference)

5. Says that the App Store is Enabled. YAY! Now says that I need to Enable App Sync. Click Continue

6. It’s going to push you to the Google Sign in Page, but first it wants to know if I want to put a cell phone number in for suspicious activity and/or password recovery. I like this feature and use it on other accounts. Hubby says NO WAY NEVER when I asked him if he would do that. Up to you. =) Enter your number or SKIP

8. This is as far as I got. It never logged me in after 5-8 minutes of letting it run. When I exited the program and relaunched this same problem happened. I’ll troubleshoot more over the next few days.

IF YOU ARE SUCCESSFUL AT BLUESTACKS INSTALL AND ACCESS GOOGLE PLAY STORE:

1. Search for POM PRO. It should appear as the first result.

2. If you haven’t purchased Lynnwrights POMeranian PRO: GROOM.SHOW, then the PRICE will be in the GREEN button. If purchased, it will say INSTALL. Click on that GREEN button.

3. POM PRO will notify you that it doesn’t require any special permissions. Click on the ACCEPT button. Although I haven’t seen it done, I would assume the app icon would then show up on the MAIN PAGE and it can be launched from there. See testing instructions at the top of this note, and request a refund if it does not work in those areas on your device.
